(9/1) Buddy Holly and The Crickets, PAUL ANKA, the Everly Brothers, Chuck Berry, the Bobettes, Drifters, Frankie Lymon & the Teenagers, LaVern Baker, Jimmy Bwen, Sam "The Man" Taylor and Clyde McPhatter star in this rock and roll package tour that would run through late November. Opening this night at the Brooklyn Paramount in New York, the show played there through the 5th, followed by dates in Pittsburgh (the Syria Mosque) on the 6th, Norfolk, Virginia (9th),Akron, Ohio (10th) and Cincinnati(11th). However, due to segregation laws, white performers ANKA, the Crickets, Bowen and the Everly Brothers did not appear when at shows in Columbus, Georgia (23rd), Chattanooga (24th), Birmingham (25th), New Orleans (26th) and Memphis (27th).
